The following states Anthony Wayne Youth Foundation LLC’s ("AWYF") policy regarding the privacy rights of visitors to this website. We recognize the importance of privacy and are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not provide any personal information to AWYF. Failure to provide your personal information to AWYF may prevent us from offering you the services and/or programs you have requested.

Personal information (e.g. name, address, age, credit card information, banking information, etc.) does not include information that cannot be associated with or tracked back to a specific individual. Information that is publicly available, such as a telephone book listing, is also not considered to be personal information as it relates to this privacy policy.

What information does AWYF collect?
(1) Personally identifying information
AWYF collects personally identifying information about raffle participants for such purposes as processing your ticket request, contacting winners or otherwise responding to your customer service requests, as well as to establish, maintain and manage our relationship with you. AWYF generally collects your personal information directly from you and only with your consent. In addition, AWYF will not collect or use personal information about you from a third party without your consent.

The information AWYF collects is the minimum amount we need to fulfill your ticket request and to otherwise perform the services in connection with our raffle. This includes: contact and identification information, such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, financial information such as your payment methods, billing and banking information (credit card checking account information, in order to process your ticket request); for online financial transactions, we process standard credit card information via a secure, 128-bit encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) session. SSL is the proven standard for secure web transactions.

(2) Website generated information: "cookies"
In order to improve our site on an ongoing basis, we use cookies to track your visit. AWYF also uses cookies to provide users with certain features and access. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the website that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card. It is not a program and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. AWYF does not report on individual user sessions.

AWYF shares your personal information only with its employees, vendors, and/or volunteers; who require such information to establish, manage and maintain our relationship with you. We may also disclose your personal information to third party service providers whom we engage to mail our raffle materials, process your ticket requests, or answer your telephone or email inquiry. These third party providers only have access to personal information that is needed to perform the related function and may not use it for any other purpose.

Retention of Personal Information
AWYF keeps personal information only as long as it is required for the reasons it was collected. The length of time we retain information varies, depending on the program, service or event and the nature of the information. The retention period may extend beyond your relationship with us. When your personal information is no longer required for AWYF purposes, the information is either physically destroyed or deleted.

AWYF is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. This site is not intended for children. To participate in any of the raffles on this site, you need to be the greater of 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gaming in your State, Province, Country. All content on this website is related to the AWYF House Raffle and its charitable activities and there is not any information displayed on this website that is deemed unsuitable for children's viewing. Pursuant to the Children's Online Protection Act of 1998, AWYF will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent.
