The Board of AWGTB met on Thursday October 15, at 8pm. Items discussed are below in bullet form as the minutes.
- Called to order at 8:04
- AW gym Access: Discussed in depth and Ed will be point with Kevin moving forward. It appears that we will be able to use the gyms at least at the outset.
- Send out a request for gym access for the season at AW.
Waiting to hear back about it. - Kick off meeting will be virtual on Wed for the whole program.
- All equipment has been ordered for the program.
- All rejection emails have been sent and evaluations have been sent that were requested by parents.
- All tournament requests need to go through Janet for reimbursement.
- Each grade should set up a zoom meeting with coaches and parents and commissioner.
- Be prepared for covid questions on wed !
